About

I’m a simple Midwestern boy, transplanted to the gritty streets of Los Angeles, trying to find my way in the big city.  These are my adventures as I get to know the residents of my adopted hometown.  Go Lakers.

    I found your video through:

I thought it was a really good point and unfortunately, it means more coming from a white male than it would from a white female or a person of color.

    Awesome Work Dude!

It is so funny how the “white” (hate to call a group by a color, its so backwards) community reacts to simple facts of American history, e.g., colonization, genocide and slavery. The expression on the faces are quite disturbing. It is hard to understand the struggles of immigrants and minorities when you’ve never confronted them. I am from South Asia, born here, but my allegiance is constantly questioned, in one way or another. Does a person of European decent deal with such things on a daily basis; not at all. That’s why there is disconnect. But when the foundation of a country is based on a identity that is founded in racism, murder and theft then you have to understand that this ideology feels threatened because it gives power and privilege to a handful of people. This is what is at steak as the face of America changes due to a real intermixing and increasing populations of non-Europeans, as opposed to the spoon fed “melting-pot” indoctrination. Wake-up AMERICA.
