No who didn’t what, John? As far as the tea baggers go, I’m sure they don’t say all govt. run things are bad but they sure say a whole more than “govt run health care and the keynesian economics is bad.” Anything that puts money in their pockets, like the gigantic subsidies that the giant ag conglomerates and other rich corporations get. Oh and let’s not forget all the trillions of our tax dollars that went to criminally greedy scum of the giant corporations that were “too big to fail” that was used to finance multi-million dollar bonuses to those who caused our this new depression.
Yes, when it comes to anything that they think is to their advantage, like redefining rape so that rape victims can’t legally get abortions and other forms of oppression, then the repubs in all their permutations are right there pushing for it. Anything that has redeeming social value and helps everyone instead of those they like, is a terrible socialist, liberal, and whatever else they can dream, up plot.
Remember Nazis? Well the teabaggers are their current equivalent except they haven’t been able to destroy all opposition and take over the country, or any others yet.

Great video!
I am Canadian…and like every other industialized country in the world (except the US) we have public health care. No, it is not perfect, but at least everyone has access.
I can’t believe there is not universal access to health care in the US?!
Isn’t that a basic right?
It is all about money…people in power have money…so therefore can pay for their health insurance.
What about regular people and the working poor?
Wow…I really feel for them.
Great job to raise awareness!
Can’t wait to see your next video…you are so brilliant!!

I not only think this video is great, but I love your approach! I am from Texas (another angry border state) and have been watching this idea of this land is my land spiral out of control for almost my entire life. Obviously speeches, news reports, and protests fly over the heads of the self-entitled perpetrators of racial injustice who see their agendas as noble and crucial to the preservation of the American Way, but as your video challenges, isn’t the American Way itself a quilt sewn from the threads of immigration? The only way to truly stir reaction is to force a shoe change. As these people “walk in someone else’s shoes,” I can only hope that the feeling sticks. Creating sincere sympathy can help build understanding.
